Do you accept returns?
If your item is defected or broken upon arrival, we will accept returns in respect to the following conditions: The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days.
In certain circumstances, we will take photo evidence prior to delivery to ensure the items were in good condition. In these cases if your items are received defected or damaged then you must resolve the issue with the shipping company.

Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
Are returns free?
Customers will have to purchase their own return label.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have been broken or defected upon arrival, unworn or unused, with parts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (this will automatically be linked to your account if you created one). In some circumstances we will allow refunds of other conditions.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
